Walk & Talk

50 Minutes

Healing in motion.
Available in downtown Toronto, Walk & Talk therapy combines traditional talk therapy with the gentle movement of walking outdoors. For some, being in nature helps reduce tension, foster openness, and support emotional processing in a grounded, accessible way. It’s therapy that meets you outside the office- at your pace, in your rhythm, with your healing in motion. Available for follow up sessions only - please book first session as individual (virtual) & follow up W&T can be booked during this session
