Sabrine Soliman MACP, RP(Q)

I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (qualifying) based in Toronto and the founder of The Mindful Collective. I work with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, self-esteem, trauma, relationship challenges, perfectionism, communication issues, life transitions, and more.

My approach is integrative and client-centered, grounded in Psychodynamic and attachment-based therapy. I also draw from IFS-informed, somatic, relational, and DBT approaches to meet your unique needs and goals. Together, we explore the deeper patterns shaping your experience while developing tools for clarity, emotional regulation, and meaningful change.

When working with couples, I create a supportive space for both partners to feel seen, heard, and understood. Using the Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and relational approaches, I help couples move beyond cycles of conflict, deepen emotional connection, and rebuild trust- so they can relate to one another with greater empathy, safety, and intention.

At the heart of my work is the belief that healing happens in safe, connected spaces. Whether you're working through pain, seeking clarity, or learning how to show up more fully in your life and relationships, I'm here to support you with curiosity, compassion, and care.

  • Many healthcare insurance providers will cover the services we provide. Sabrine is a licensed practitioner. If your benefits cover Registered Psychotherapy you may be eligible for full reimbursement. We always suggest you inquire with your provider to see what your unique plan entails before booking.

  • Our first session is a gentle starting point. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you’d like support with, and how I can best help. There’s no pressure to have it all figured out, we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you.

  • You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. If you're feeling stuck, disconnected, overwhelmed, or simply wanting to understand yourself more deeply, therapy can help. It’s a space to feel supported, explore your inner world, and make sense of what’s been hard to carry alone.

  • Sessions are typically 50 minutes (we do offer a 75 minute couples therapy session) Session frequency can vary, but we’ll always collaborate on what frequency feels supportive and sustainable for you.

  • My approach is integrative and tailored to your needs. I draw from psychodynamic and attachment-based therapy, with influences from IFS-informed work, somatic practices, DBT, and relational therapy. For couples, I primarily use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and the Gottman Method.
