About Me
Sabrine Soliman, Registered Psychotherapist
Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO)
Masters in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University
Hi, I’m Sabrine (she/her), a Registered Psychotherapist and the founder of The Mindful Collective.
I work with individuals and couples who are ready to break free from self-doubt, unhelpful patterns, and emotional overwhelm and start building a life that feels more connected, confident, and true. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, people-pleasing, trauma, low self-worth, or relationship struggles, I offer a space where it’s safe to slow down, feel deeply, and grow from the inside out.
My approach is warm, curious, and collaborative. I blend psychodynamic and attachment-based therapy with IFS-informed, somatic, and emotion-focused practices. I also integrate practical tools from DBT and mindfulness, so our work is both reflective and change-oriented. Therapy with me isn’t about learning to cope - it’s about helping you reconnect with your inner strength, self-trust, and emotional clarity.
You don’t have to navigate it all alone, healing doesn’t mean having it all figured out - it means showing up for yourself in new, gentler ways. Wherever you are in your journey, we’ll go at your pace, and in your rhythm.
You're allowed to take up space. You're allowed to want more. And you're allowed to grow into the version of you that feels most real, grounded, and free.
If you’re ready to begin, I’d be honoured to walk alongside you.

At The Mindful Collective, common themes include depression, anxiety, trauma, self-esteem, people-pleasing, perfectionism, boundary-setting, relationship struggles, emotional burnout, and inner child work. If you’ve been feeling stuck, disconnected, or overwhelmed or if you’re ready to heal past experiences and build a more grounded, confident version of yourself, therapy can help. You don’t need a specific diagnosis or crisis to start. Many clients come to therapy for self-development, clarity, or emotional support during a transition. If you’re asking the question, that’s often a sign you’re ready.

Our sessions are collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your needs. In each session, we create space to explore your thoughts, emotions, patterns, and goals at a pace that feels right for you. You might spend time unpacking past experiences, building new coping tools, or working through current relationship challenges. Every step is guided by curiosity, not judgment -and you’re always in control of what you choose to share.
