The About page is often where people pause and ask themselves, Is this the right therapist for me? My hope is that as you read, you get a clear sense of how I work, what I value, and whether this space feels supportive for you.
The Mindful Collective was created with the belief that therapy should feel grounding, respectful, and empowering. This is a space where emotional depth is welcomed, your experiences are honoured, and change is approached with care rather than urgency.
Therapy is about building the capacity to stay present, not pushing through.
I’m Sabrine, registered psychotherapist and the founder of The Mindful Collective.
I work with individuals and couples who want to feel more steady, confident, and connected, both within themselves and in their relationships. Many of the people I support are thoughtful, self-aware, and capable, yet still find themselves overwhelmed by emotions, stuck in familiar patterns, or unsure how to respond when things feel hard.
My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and deeply attuned. I’m less interested in quick fixes and more focused on helping you build a stronger relationship with yourself. Together, we slow things down, explore patterns with curiosity, and create space for emotions that may have felt difficult to tolerate or understand in the past.
I work from a psychodynamic and integrative lens, and I am informed by attachment-based therapy and Internal Family Systems. I also draw from DBT, EFT, and somatic approaches when helpful. This means our work is both reflective and practical, rooted in understanding where things come from while also supporting meaningful change in the present.
I have a particular focus on self-esteem, confidence, people-pleasing, emotional regulation, and relationship challenges. Whether you’re navigating inner self-doubt, high emotional reactivity, or recurring patterns in your relationships, my goal is to help you feel more supported, empowered, and trusting of yourself over time.
I offer virtual therapy across Ontario, with limited in-person sessions in Toronto and Walk and Talk therapy seasonally. Sessions are paced with care and tailored to your needs, so therapy feels supportive rather than overwhelming.

You might spend time unpacking past experiences, building new coping tools, or working through current relationship challenges. Every step is guided by curiosity, not judgment -and you’re always in control of what you choose to share.
