Metamorphia Services & Fees
Metamorphia Wellness offers integrative psychotherapy for individuals and couples - in person in downtown Toronto and online across Ontario.
There's no single right way in. Some people want a weekly hour to think out loud. Some arrive with a partner and a conversation they can't finish. Some need to be moving. Some need quiet more than they need words.
Whatever you choose, the pace is the same: unhurried, and led by you.
Individual Therapy
Space to slow down and look at what's actually happening ~ the patterns, the pressure, the things you've been managing rather than feeling. For self-worth, trauma, anxiety, perfectionism, people-pleasing and boundaries.
50 minutes ~ $170
Relationship Therapy
For partners in a hard season, a repeating conflict, or a quiet drift. We work toward the conversation underneath the argument, and the repair that makes closeness possible again.
50/65 minutes ~ $180/$260
Walk & Talk Therapy
Therapy outdoors, in downtown Toronto. For sessions where sitting still feels like too much, or where moving forward literally helps you do it figuratively.
50 minutes ~ $180
Reiki Energy Healing
Some things settle without being spoken. Reiki is an energy-based practice that works with the body's own capacity to soften and restore ~ most people describe it as a depth of rest that's surprisingly hard to reach any other way. Available as a standalone session, or woven into therapy when it feels right for you.

With a free 15-minute consultation, by video through the Jane platform ~ whichever feels easier. We'll talk a little about what's brought you here. You don't need to have it worked out or explain it well; that's the work, not the price of entry. If it feels like a fit, we'll find a time for a first session. And if it doesn't, I'll gladly help you find someone who suits you better. I mean that genuinely ~ the right fit matters more than it being me.
-
You don't have to know. Most people don't when they first get in touch, and working it out together is part of what the consultation is for. Book one and we'll figure it out.
-
Yes. I hold a small number of reduced-fee spaces, because cost shouldn't be the reason someone doesn't start. Places are limited and depend on what's free at the time, but it's always worth asking ~ just mention it when we speak and we'll have an honest conversation about what's workable. You won't need to justify yourself or provide paperwork.
-
Often, yes. Many extended health plans cover psychotherapy provided by a Registered Psychotherapist ~ though it's worth checking your plan for that exact wording rather than "psychologist" or "social worker," since the terms aren't interchangeable to insurers. I'll give you a receipt with my CRPO registration number to submit. I'm not able to direct bill, so payment comes to me and your insurer reimburses you.
One thing worth knowing in advance: Reiki isn't psychotherapy, so it generally isn't covered.

We'll find a rhythm that works for you, though I'd gently steer you away from starting out monthly. The kind of work I do relies on continuity ~ things surface between sessions, and long gaps mean much of each hour goes on catching up rather than going deeper. Meeting more regularly at the beginning gives the work somewhere to build from. Once things are established, we can look at spacing sessions out.
-
For as long as it's useful, and no longer. Some people come for a few months around something specific and leave when it's done. Others stay longer because the work keeps opening up. There's no correct length, and it's not something I'll let quietly drift ~ we'll talk about it openly as we go.
-
Yes, and for a lot of people it's the easier option. I see clients virtually across Ontario and several other Canadian provinces. In-person sessions are Monday evenings at 1179 King St W in Toronto, and there's the option of walking outdoors too, if sitting in a room isn't your thing.
-
I ask for 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule; within that window, the full session fee applies. I know that can feel firm ~ the reason is that I hold a waitlist, and with more notice I can usually offer your time to someone who's been hoping for it.
-
Then you're in very good company, and there's genuinely nothing to prepare. You don't need the right words, a clear question, or a tidy version of the story. Most people arrive unsure how to begin, and that's a perfectly normal place to start from.
