At The Mindful Collective, we offer a space to slow down, tune in, and begin the work of healing. We offer individual and couples therapy virtually in Canada across Ontario, Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Newfoundland and Labrador, Northwest Territories, Yukon, and Nunavut.
Walk & Talk therapy is also available in downtown Toronto.
We are committed to making therapy more accessible & affordable.
Sliding scale fees are available and can be discussed during the initial session.

Couples therapy offers a supportive space to strengthen your relationship, improve communication, and work through conflict or disconnection. Whether you’re navigating trust issues, life transitions, emotional distance, or recurring arguments, we’ll work together to uncover patterns, foster deeper understanding, and create new ways of relating- so you both feel heard, valued, and supported.
Walk and Talk
Healing in motion.
Available in downtown Toronto, Walk & Talk therapy combines traditional talk therapy with the gentle movement of walking outdoors. For some, being in nature helps reduce tension, foster openness, and support emotional processing in a grounded, accessible way. It’s therapy that meets you outside the office- at your pace, in your rhythm, with your healing in motion. Available for follow up sessions only.

I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (qualifying) and the founder of The Mindful Collective. I work with individuals and couples to explore self-esteem, anxiety, trauma, and relationship challenges through a compassionate, depth-oriented lens. My approach is grounded in psychodynamic and attachment-based therapy, with IFS-informed, somatic, relational, and DBT influences.
Together, we’ll create space for healing, insight, and growth at your pace, and in your rhythm.
