We offer individual and couples therapy across Canada, virtually and accessibly. Available to clients in ON, BC, AB, MB, SK, NL, NT, YT & NU. In-person Walk & Talk sessions are available in downtown Toronto for those who find clarity in movement and nature.
Therapy should be both accessible and empowering. We offer a limited number of sliding scale spots, which can be discussed during your free consultation or first session.

Walk and Talk

Healing in motion. Offered in downtown Toronto, Walk & Talk therapy brings the benefits of traditional therapy into an outdoor setting. For many, walking side by side in nature helps ease tension, encourage openness, and support nervous system regulation. These sessions offer a grounded, embodied way to process emotions and move through what’s weighing you down, literally and emotionally. First session held virtually
