Therapy that supports change, confidence, and healthier relationships

Mindfully Anchored. Empowered to Grow.
Our Approach
Many of the people we work with are capable, thoughtful, and self-aware, yet still struggle with self-doubt, emotional overwhelm, or feeling unsettled in their relationships. When emotions feel intense, confidence can shrink and old patterns can take over.
Our approach to therapy focuses on strengthening emotional tolerance, self-esteem, and inner steadiness so you can stay connected to yourself and others, even during difficult moments. This work supports real confidence, the kind that comes from knowing how to respond when things feel hard rather than avoiding, shutting down, or pushing through.
At The Mindful Collective, therapy is collaborative, paced, and grounded in respect for your nervous system and lived experience. Change here isn’t about becoming someone new, it’s about feeling more secure in who you already are.
Our Commitment
A therapy space rooted in care, equity, and respect.
The Mindful Collective is an affirming, anti-oppressive, and inclusive space. We welcome clients of all identities, cultural backgrounds, and relationship structures. Our work is trauma-informed, relational, and grounded in respect for your autonomy and lived experience.
You don’t need to be in crisis to be here. This space is for those who want to feel more steady, confident, and connected within themselves and in their relationships.
Sessions are primarily virtual across Ontario, with limited in-person availability in Toronto
A space that’s just for you.
Individual therapy offers a dedicated space to explore your inner world without pressure or expectation. Many people come in feeling overwhelmed, self-doubting, or disconnected
from themselves, especially when emotions feel intense.
Our work focuses on strengthening emotional tolerance and self-esteem so you can feel more grounded, steady, and trusting of yourself in everyday life.
Support for healthier, more connected relationships.
Relationship therapy supports people navigating conflict, disconnection, or repeating patterns in their relationships. We focus on emotional safety, communication, and staying connected during difficult moments, helping change feel possible rather than exhausting.
Therapy that meets you in motion.
Walk and Talk therapy offers an alternative to traditional sessions by combining therapeutic conversation with gentle movement outdoors. This option can feel especially supportive if you think more clearly, regulate more easily, or feel more at ease while moving.
A supportive place to start.
A free 15-minute virtual consultation offers space to ask questions, share what you’re hoping for, and get a sense of whether working together feels like the right fit, with no pressure to commit.

About Me
Hello, I’m Sabrine, registered psychotherapist and founder of The Mindful Collective.
I work with individuals and couples who want to feel more confident, steady, and connected - to themselves and to the people they care about. My approach is warm, curious, and attuned: I meet you where you are, notice what’s getting in your way, and help you respond rather than react when emotions run high.
I combine psychodynamic, integrative, IFS-informed, and attachment-based approaches with practical tools from DBT, CBT, EFT, and somatic therapy. Therapy with me is both reflective and actionable: we explore patterns, heal old wounds, and build skills you can use in your everyday life.
I specialize in supporting people navigating self-esteem and confidence challenges, people-pleasing, perfectionism, and relational struggles. Whether it’s managing emotional overwhelm, building stronger boundaries, or repairing connection in relationships, my goal is to help you feel more empowered in your life.
